Shopkarro makes every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Shopkarro reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

A 10% advance payment is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is collected upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD).
•
Orders are confirmed only after the advance payment has been verified by the Shopkarro team.

Shipping & Delivery

Shopkarro delivers nationwide across Pakistan.
•
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location, product availability, and logistics.
•
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
•
Shopkarro is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.
•
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
•
Shopkarro reserves the right to refuse returns for products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
•
Custom-made or personalized orders are non-refundable unless the product is defective or significantly different from what was ordered.
